Refund Policy

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Because cleaning is a service, we do not typically offer cash refunds. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a re-clean, you must report the issue within 24 hours of the service completion.

3. Pre-paid Bookings

If you have pre-paid for a booking and cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.

4. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues amicably. Please reach out to admin@carpestcleaning.site with any concerns.
